This is a contacts database that is rich in features and suitable for all startup companies. It allows a company to have multiple contacts, each contact to have multiple addresses and telephone numbers. In addition letters can be composed and saved for one or more contacts within the database. Maiings are automatically logged and is easily accessible. The extensive notes system enables all users of the system to share information on contacts, to set up "To Do" lists and to set up reminders for themselves or others.

The system is set up to allow any contact to be emailed, phoned, or faxed from the database.
