As a charity Picture House realised that they needed a database to manage the various parts of their organisation. The database they commissioned kept all their contact details, fund raising events, attendees to events, grant applications, donations received, mailings and correspondance. The database provided the ability to save found results and to combine many results into a unique set of records.

The powerful report generating features enabled the information to be pulled together in many different ways. The requirements of funders, accountants, auditors and other managers or administrators of the charity was able to be met by the click of a button. The database allowed letters to be composed and saved for future use. The extensive notes system with an integrated "To Do" reminder function, made it easy to follow up outstanding tasks.
